SCP Works Author Commentaries

Hey all,

Been a while since I’ve touched this site. That’s definitely a bad thing. I’ve just not felt like I’ve had a lot to use it for when I don’t particularly know that anyone is reading it, but that just keeps it devoid of content which ensures it will keep being the case that no one reads it.

I think I’ve finally come up with something worth using this blog space for in the short term. At this point, I’ve written quite a bit for the SCP Wiki. That is, I’ve written 8 SCPs and 38 other stories. For most of those stories, I think it’d be interesting to make a space to offer commentary on them, so, since I’m currently waiting for feedback on The Bloodfang’s Mate, I’m going to spend some of my extra time going through those articles and saying what I want to say about them. Sometimes that will be a point by point commentary. Other stories won’t warrant that and instead will just be a short essay on the themes, but in every case, I’ll do my absolute best to reveal more than the story and the accompanying author post revealed on their own. With longer series like I Didn’t Forget, I’ll wait until they’re over so I can say everything about them, but that still leaves me with plenty of stuff to talk about.

I’m probably not going to be able to go in perfect chronological order, but I will definitely start with my first SCP, Unwilling Blood.
